RHEMA App

RHEMA ("the App") is a Christian spiritual journaling application that helps users record devotionals, prayer notes, worship records, and spiritual activities. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

2.1 Account & Profile Data

• Full name (entered by user during registration)
• Email address (used for authentication)
• Profile photo (optional, chosen by user from gallery)
• Church name (optional)
• Spiritual quote / bio (optional)

2.2 User-Generated Content

• Devotional notes — title, Bible verses, highlights, reflections, prayers
• Prayer notes and prayer statuses (ongoing, answered, upcoming)
• Worship records — sermon notes, songs, service reflections
• Spiritual activity logs (Bible reading, fasting, service, etc.)
• Community posts, comments, and group memberships
• Photos attached to worship records

2.3 Usage & Device Data

• Device type, OS version, and language/locale settings
• App usage analytics (screens visited, session duration)
• Crash reports and diagnostic data (via Firebase Crashlytics)
• Advertising ID (used by Google AdMob for ad delivery)

RHEMA integrates the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy and data practices.

• All spiritual records are stored in Firebase Realtime Database, protected by Firebase Security Rules that restrict access to authenticated users only.
• Profile and worship photos are stored on secure cloud servers with HTTPS-only access.
• We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
• We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Firebase Authentication.
• Data is stored on Google's servers, which comply with international data protection standards.

When you participate in the Community section of RHEMA:

• Posts marked anonymous will not display your name publicly; however, your user ID is stored internally for moderation and safety purposes.
• Posts, comments, and group content are visible to other registered users of the App.
• You can delete your own posts and comments at any time from within the App.
• Community groups are public by default and visible to all registered users.

RHEMA displays ads powered by Google AdMob. To deliver and optimize ads, AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (GAID on Android)
• General location (country / region)
• Device model and OS version
• App interaction events

You may opt out of personalized ads at any time:

RHEMA is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal data through this App, please contact us immediately at your-email@domain.com and we will promptly delete the relevant information.

• Your spiritual records and profile data are retained for as long as your account is active.
• You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• After a deletion request, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
• Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics may be retained for app improvement purposes.
